- To get the Civic365 app, just head to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your phone and search for "Civic365 Canada".
- To initiate the installation of the Civic365 application, simply click on the "Install" button.
- Select the Town Innisfil.
- If you already have an account, please log in. If you haven't registered yet, click on the "Register" button and proceed with the registration process.
- To create an account, enter your details as depicted in the image and then click on the "Create Account" button.
- After creating your account, please check your Outlook inbox for temporary credentials.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Please Modify the password.
- To share your device's location, select the appropriate option.
- Enter the location you desire into the search bar to initiate the request.
- Choose the category that corresponds to the issue you encountered.
- Choose the Sub category that corresponds to the issue you encountered.
- Please provide a description of your request and select an image to accompany it.
- Once you've attached the image, click on the proceed button to continue.
- This is what your request looks like.
- Submit Your Request.
- You can view all your requests in the request window.
- In your profile, you can view your reported or updated issues, just as you see your profile.
- In the Update window, you can view updates.
- In the Manage Account window, you can delete or modify your account.
- If you encounter any issues, you can report them by emailing us through the contact information provided on the help page.
- In the "About" section, you can find information about the app version or the Android version
- In the "Notification" section, you can find updates.
- In the request detail section, you can view comments and all the details of your reported request.
