Configure power automate for asset acknowledgement

1. Click here to download the solution and select 'Power Automate' from the app launcher.






2. Import the downloaded solution as shown below and then click on next.







3. Choose the connections for the logged-in user from the dropdown list and select import.








If you do not have an existing connection, you can make one by clicking on New.

4. Select the imported solution named ‘HR365 Asset Management 365’.







5. Navigate to the left-hand side navigation panel, select ‘Environment variables,’ and then click on the ‘Site Address’ variable. Replace the default value with your application’s site URL.







6. Copy the application site URL up to 'sitename' and paste it into the default value field.






7. In the left navigation panel, navigate to 'Cloud flows.' Enable the a ‘AssetAcceptFlow’, as illustrated in the image.







8. After activating the flows, visit the Asset Management application, navigate to settings, and then access 'Asset Acknowledgment'.







9. Move on to the features section and activate the toggle for ‘Create PDF of asset acknowledgement’.







10. Please assign the asset to a user. Then proceed to verify the created asset acknowledgement by clicking here as shown in the below image.







11. Once you assign the assets, please go ahead and open your email. Then, click on the link and accept it.







12. Finally proceed to verify the created asset acknowledgement by clicking here as shown the below image.
