Admin: Admin has full control.
- Admin can add and manage users for onboarding application.
- Can add roles, departments, locations, etc.
- Can be able to change the settings of the application.
- Can be able to do pre-joining activities.
- On the home page, HR can access my active task, my overdue task, onboarding, offboarding and onboarded.
- Can be able to customize the system settings of the application.
- Can add and manage users for onboarding application.
- Can do Onboarding process activities.
- Users can use only the employee self-service portal.
HR: The person with the HR role has partial control.
User: User have no control.
