    Admin: Admin has full control.

    • Admin can add and manage users for onboarding application.
    • Can add roles, departments, locations, etc.
    • Can be able to change the settings of the application.
    • Can be able to do pre-joining activities.

    HR: The person with the HR role has partial control.

    HR

    • On the home page, HR can access my active task, my overdue task, onboarding, offboarding and onboarded.
    • Can be able to customize the system settings of the application.
    • Can add and manage users for onboarding application.
    • Can do Onboarding process activities.

  • User: User have no control.

    User

    • Users can use only the employee self-service portal.
