In home page of HR365 Employee Onboarding, There is two process for Onboarding and
Offboarding employees.

My Active tasks: Task that needs to be performed.

My Overdue Tasks:A Task that is not Completed in a Certain Number of Days.

Pre-Onboarding:This Pre-Onboarding Documentation outlines the process and procedures to be
followed before a new employee officially joins the organization. The pre-onboarding phase is
crucial to ensure a smooth transition for the new employee, allowing them to be fully productive
from day one.

Onboarding: You may Add new hire Details and Manage the Onboarding process from here.

Offboarding: You can offboard personnel from here.

All Active Tasks: List of tasks that need to be performed.
- All Overdue Tasks: Those on the list who don't finish in a certain number of days.
- Onboarded: List of recently onboarded employees.
- Offboarded: Employees who have been offboarded are listed.

Training This feature allows administrators to add members or employees to the system,
ensuring that each added member receives an email notification containing pertinent information,
including a timestamp and date stamp.

Position :
Administrators have the ability to include positions as part of the hiring process before
recruiting employees.
- To proceed further, click on the "Position" tab.
- To add a new position, click on the "+Add" button.
- Complete the details as per the requirements for hiring an employee.
- Then, Click on Save Button.
- Approval Tracking: You can view the approval tracking for the position by clicking on the position name, as demonstrated below.
