      Setting options, as mentioned below, are available for Admin, HR Manager Admin, and HR Head admin. All the general settings like adding users to the application, notification settings and features setup or setup the appraisal cycle, etc. could be accomplished via setting.

      Under the settings tab, subsets are provided for general, users, notifications, and feature settings.

General Settings


    Here you can set the date format, and theme color, configure SharePoint API permissions, hide the side navigation panel, hide the web part title, remove the custom web part CSS, final rating, brand logo, etc.

  • API Configuration: API configuration help in working delta sync, excluding unlicensed and shared mailbox users on theuser's page Click on the link.

  • Date Format: Admin could select the desired date format (Reflects the entire application like date columns etc.)

  • Overall Rating Method: Three methods of calculation are available. Upon completion of the selection review, you must select one of them. then a review Calculation will show accordingly.

    • Click on Delta sync from M365 to get recent updated information of users along with newly added users during last 7 days.

    Notification


      Notification settings or email templates users could change the body of the email (changing the text in the email body or adding placeholders).

      The notification has Six categories: Self Review, appraisers review, HR review, 360 Degree, 1:1, and KPI.

    • It triggers notifications to the appraisee and has different notification templates.


    • Review Announcement: A reminder notification could be triggered to all the appraisees. (One day before the self-review could start)


    • Review Notifications: Notifications are triggered to all appraisees on the self-review start date.


    • Last Day Reminder: Reminder notifications are triggered to all the appraisees a day before the self-review time deadline.


    • Last Day Notification: Notifications are triggered to all the appraisees on the last day of the self-review timeline.

    • Review Completion Notification: Notifications are triggered to all the appraisees on the Review Completion


    • Review Resubmit: Notifications are triggered to all the appraisees to review again and resubmit .


    • Appraisal’s-Review

      Notifications are triggers to the appraisers (Manger of appraisee) and have different notifications templates.


    • Review Announcement: Notifications are triggered or sent to all appraisers one day in advance of the appraiser’s start date or on a self-review timeline. (Appraiser review starts next day of self-review timeline)


    • Review Notifications: Notifications are triggered or sent to all appraisers on the appraisal-review set start date. i.e., on the next day of the self-review timeline.


    • Last Day Reminder: The notifications are triggered or sent to all appraisers on a day before the appraisal review timeline.


    • Last Day Notification: Notifications are triggered to all the appraisers on the day of the appraisal-review timeline.


    • Additional appraiser's review completion: Notification are triggered on the Completion of Additional Review.


    • Additional Appraiser Request: Notification are triggered to Manager for Additional Appraiser Request.


    • Release Review: Notification are triggered when your review is released.


    • HR-Review

      Notifications are triggered or sent to the HR executives. In this category, they are different notifications


    • Review Announcement: Notifications are triggered or sent to HR executives (Team) before one day of the HR review start date or on an appraiser review timeline.


    • Review Notifications: Notifications are triggered or sent to HR executives (Team)on the HR review start date. i.e., on the next day of the appraiser-review timeline.


    • Last Day Reminder: Notifications are triggered or sent to HR executives (Team) on a day before the HR review time deadline.


    • Last Day Notification: Notifications are triggered or sent to HR executives (Team) on the day of the HR executive review timeline.


    • Request To Extend Review (Request): Notification is triggered to request extend the number of days for self-review.


    • Request To Extend Review (Approved): Notification is triggered to Approved extend the number of days for self-review.


    • Request To Extend Review (Rejected): Notification is triggered to Rejected extend the number of days for self-review.


    • All reminder's notifications work with the help of power automation.

      Self-review start date and timeline are defined during appraisal cycle creation.

      Appraisal review starts on the next day of the self-review timeline, the appraiser review timeline is defined during appraisal cycle creation.

      HR review starts on the next day of the appraiser-review timeline, the HR review timeline is defined during appraisal cycle creation.

    • Request Feedback: Notification is triggered on the Request of 360 feedback.


    • Feedback Completion: Notification is triggered on the completion of feedback.

    • Ratings: Different rating scales could be mapped or selected for the appraisal cycle (Appraisal cycle creation). The rating scale plays a role during self-review (appraisee review), appraiser review, and HR review of the appraisal cycle.

    • 360 Feedback : Different rating scales are added while mapping or selecting for appraisal cycle in appraisal cycle creation. The rating scale plays a role in 360 feedback ratings. Appraisee can request and receive feedback during their appraisal cycle.

    • Appraisal Cycle: Appraisal cycle could be created, and users could be added.

      All the required details could be added in the appraisal cycle as mentioned below and could be saved by clicking the save button.

      1. Name of the Appraisal Cycle: Please enter the name of the appraisal cycle to distinguish based on the relevance you may have.


      2. Select Appraisal Cycle Duration: The duration of the appraisal cycle can be selected based on your organization’s review cycle duration.


      3. Appraisal Cycle Start: The start date of the appraisal cycle could be allocated for an employee to be reviewed, in the above case it is for an annual review cycle, Example: The review start date is July 1st, 2022.


      4. Appraisal Cycle End: The end date of the appraisal cycle could be allocated for an employee to be reviewed, in the above case it is for an annual review cycle, Example: The review start date is July 1st, 2022, and the review end date (considering Annual review cycle) it would be on June 30th, 2023.


      5. Review start date: Define the date for which the app will be open to doing the self-reviews/ appraiser’s reviews in this app.


      6. No of days for Self-Review: Define the number of days allowed to perform self-review by employees. Note: Employees should complete their self-review before it moves to the next stage of the appraiser’s review.


      7. No of days for Appraiser's Review: Define the number of days allowed for appraisers to review employees. Appraisers must and should complete their activity before it moves to the next stage of collaboration with the HR/leadership team.


      8. No of days for Review Conclusion: Define the number of days allowed to conclude the review cycle with internal HR/leadership/payroll / etc. meetings.


      9. Enable Feedback: 360 feedback request option is shown to the appraisee.


      10. Rating Scale:Users could self-review or self-rate themselves (appraisee review), appraiser review, and HR review of the appraisal cycle.

        Once the appraisal cycle is created, Admin could add an appraisee by clicking on the manage appraisee icon, redirecting to the employee selection page. Users can be selected and upon completion, click on the save button.
