Admin:
- Admins have full control, they can add users, organizations, and office location.
- Add Public/Government holidays, Restricted holidays.
- Add the number of leaves and the type of leaves.
- Change settings of the application.
- Admin would able to approve other manager employee’s leave request.

HR:
- They would be able to approve leaves when second level approval is required from HR. It can be done through email or HR action option in the portal.
- Apply leaves on behalf of other users.
- Approve their employees leaves from Manager action in home page and from email notification.
- HR can approve leaves on behalf of managers in case he/she delegated from both email notification and Time off manager 365 portal from HR action option.
- Add public holidays.
- They would be able to view or generates leave reports.

Manager:
- A Manager would be able to approve leave requests of his/her employees(team) only.
- Approve leave requests as delegated managers from email notification in case if Admin or HR has delegated.
- Add and approve comp off requests.

User
- Would be able to send the leave request and view their leaves status.

No Access:
- The person with no access role cannot access the application. User can request the access; admin will receive the email notification and can provide access.
