Knowledgebase
In settings, go to features section, enable knowledgebase by the given toogle to show the knowledgebase icon in side navigation bar.
You can enable the knowledgebase for users by the given toogle to show the knowledgebase.
You can select user roles, only selected role of users can add/edit an articles(s).
Also you can select user roles, only selected role of users can aprrove an articles(s).
Click on the bulb icon in side navigation bar to open the knowledgebase.
In knowledgebase you can create articles under the particluar team section.
User can also provide feedback on the published articles along with star ratings.
